Factory daily production
Each morning, the lighting production team starts with a shift meeting and receives daily tasks. From LED soldering and driver assembly to housing installation, every step follows strict process standards. Quality inspectors conduct regular spot checks to ensure brightness and color temperature meet specifications. In the afternoon, products go through aging tests before packaging. Only qualified items are sent to the warehouse. At the end of the day, workstations are cleaned and equipment is maintained for the next shift.
